Registering different colors

Hello,
When I run a second color, it is always off of the first color.
The alignment (register of the colors) is not very good.
I even did it with the same pen in, and didn't move anything.
Printed 1st layer, then the second, and it is off alignment!
Any ideas?

It sounds like the actual issue is unrelated to registering different colors. Here's something to try: Run a short example file twice, drawing the exact same thing twice without moving the pen, and make sure that it retraces its steps well.

I think I may have figured it out.
My pen was out of alignment!
Not lined up with the egg motor shaft!

Oh, I was using the regular eggbot!
Doing chicken eggs from the grocery store.
