  • Thanks for your kind words about our kits! Are there any particular types of kits you're looking for? Robotics? LEDs? Do you want soldering kits in particular, or screwdriver type stuff? We've got quite a few more kits you haven't tried yet, like th…
  • The default behavior that I see is that the pulse LED pulses until I try to program a chip, whether or not there is a chip in the socket. When I load the bootloader, the prog LED turns on during programming in addition to the pulse LED. The prog LED…
  • Hi RonSorry about the missing set screw. Anytime there is a hardware problem, please feel free to contact us and we'll certainly help out. I would have sent you a replacement, and still will, if you like (just contact us). Just FYI, the McMaster par…
  • I just followed up on your earlier email message, and as it's generally better to keep a discussion in one format, let's stick to email for now.
  • What are you plotting on? Eggs? Balls? If you are plotting on Eggs, you may want to stretch your drawings by about 50% to account for the elongated shape of the egg. If you're plotting on spheres, stretching shouldn't be necessary.
  • Hot is not good. I suggest you not turn it on again until you figure out what is wrong. A couple of first things to check: is your chip backwards? Is your battery box hooked up backwards?
