Added infrared remote control

Hi,

I thought you'd like to hear about a little hack I have done. I have changed the Larson scanner so that you can control the speed, bright mode, and skinny eye using a small key fob universal TV remote control. No changes to the original circuit board required. The IR detector replaces the push button S1 and the '2313 was replaced by an '4313 to get the extra memory.
