What value resistor for Octolively LEDs

Hi Guys and Gals,

The documentation is a little confusing as to what value resistors I should be using for R25 to R32 that supply the visible LED's. The LED I will be using are some Ultra Bright green LED which I had to purchase from another supplier as EMS had none on stock. The LEDs are 10mm Ultra Bright Green that state require 20mA of current to provide the maximum brightness. 

Could someone confirm what the values of the resistors should be please?
