The 5th LED in that group (D405, I think) is likely shorted out. Check the leads on the back to see if something has bent or caused a short there. If the short is above the PCB but under the LED, you'll likely need to replace that LED. If the LED has burnt out and fused to cause a short, then replacing that LED is still the answer. There should have been a few extra LEDs in your kit.
