Examples and text work, but not drawings

My drawings seem to get stuck tracing the path. Examples and text work, but not my drawings like the bike. Trace Path does 1/1 and thats it. Stays on 1/1 forever.  What am I missing? I am on OS 10.10.3


Please advise.

    Can you please say a little more about what it is that you are doing?
    Is this with a WaterColorBot? Are you using the Inkscape extensions? RoboPaint? And, can you tell me more about the bike? I'm not sure what this file is.
