Windows 10 install
I am confused - I want to install the inkscape extensions on Windows 10.
The instructions on github say to use the previous version and that "The UBW Driver Installer v 2.0 is needed for Windows prior to Windows 10 only."
However, the previous version automatically installs the UBW Driver.
Since I am installing this on Windows 10, I don't know if it is safe to install the older version.

It's perfectly fine to install the older version, including the UBW driver, on Windows 10.
Windows version before 10 absolutely positively would not work without the driver, but Windows 10 will almost always work without it.
(We have seen a few cases where there were connection difficulties, on Windows 10, which were solved by installing the driver.)
